These terms apply when you visit this website or buy from Shoot and Show. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Who you buy from

Our order process is handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, issues your receipt and handles billing questions. Their terms of sale also apply to your purchase.

3. Our products

We sell digital products for video creators, such as colour grading LUTs supplied as .cube files. They are delivered electronically and nothing physical is shipped.

LUTs are creative tools. How a look appears depends on your camera, footage, exposure and editing settings, so your results may differ from the examples on this website. Please check the supported editors and the before and after examples before you buy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your local currency and adds any sales tax or VAT required where you live. We do not see or store your card or bank details. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order already paid.

5. Delivery

When your payment succeeds, you receive an email with a link to download your files. You can download them again later from the link in that email. If your files don't arrive, contact us and we will send them within 48 hours.

6. Your licence

  • When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files.
  • You may use the files in your own personal and commercial projects, including work you produce for clients.
  • You may not resell, share, give away, upload, sublicense or redistribute the files, on their own or as part of another product, pack or template.
  • All intellectual property rights in the files stay with Shoot and Show.

7. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we don't refund a change of mind. Refunds are available in the situations set out in our Refund Policy. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with its security or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

Our products and website are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
