Shipping policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Digital delivery only

All our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

When and how you receive your order

• As soon as your payment succeeds, you receive an email with your download link from Dodo Payments, our checkout partner.
• The files download as a .zip archive. Unzip it to find the individual .cube files.
• You can download your files again later from the link in that email.

Where we deliver

Digital delivery works anywhere you have an internet connection.

Didn't receive your files?

First check the spam, promotions and updates folders in your email. If you still can't find it, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we'll send your files within 48 hours.
