This policy explains what personal information Shoot and Show ("we") collects when you visit this website or buy from us, why, and what choices you have. We are based in Thrissur, Kerala, India, and you can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Purchase details. When you buy, our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver your files and help you. We never receive your full card details.
  • Messages. What you write when you email us.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchase and send you download links.
  • To answer support requests and handle refunds.
  • To measure and improve our ads and this website.
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (delivery and support), your consent (advertising and analytics cookies), our legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention) and legal obligations (tax records).

Who we share it with

  • Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, tax and file delivery.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
  • Meta Platforms (Meta pixel), to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Microsoft (Clarity), to understand how visitors use this page through anonymous heatmaps and session recordings. Typed text is hidden.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity use cookies. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, they only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in India, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 8 years, and support emails for up to 2 years. Usage data is kept by Meta and Microsoft according to their own retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
